Feeding Therapy
Play based support that makes mealtimes calmer and helps children build confident eating skills.
Feeding therapy supports children who find eating hard, whether that's picky eating, food refusal, difficulty chewing, or moving on to new textures.
Using a play based, child led approach, we make mealtimes calmer and more positive, and help children build the skills they need for long term success, one small step at a time.
We can help if your child:
- Refuses certain foods or avoids whole food groups
- Struggles with chewing, biting, or swallowing
- Has sensory aversions or difficult past experiences with food
- Overstuffs, pockets, or spits out food
- Has trouble moving from a bottle to a cup or straw

Frequently asked questions
What is feeding therapy?
Feeding therapy supports children who find eating difficult, from picky eating and food refusal to trouble chewing, swallowing, or moving on to new textures. We use a child led, play based approach to make mealtimes more positive.
Do you see infants?
Yes. We often support parents of infants, especially with starting solids, managing allergies, or early feeding challenges. Early guidance can make a big difference in building positive feeding experiences.
What if my child doesn't want to take part in sessions?
That's completely okay and very common. Sessions are child led, playful, and pressure free, so children can join in when they feel comfortable.
