Child and Adolescent Counseling

A safe space for children and teens to understand their feelings and build tools for everyday life.

Child and Adolescent Counseling

A safe space for children and teens to explore their feelings, worries, and challenges at school or with friends. Through play, creative activities, and conversation, we work on understanding what's going on underneath, expressing it in healthy ways, and building practical tools for everyday life.

We help children with:

  • Big emotions like worry, sadness, or anger
  • Confidence and self esteem
  • Focus and behavior
  • Friendships and school challenges
  • Stress and everyday changes

Sessions are available in person at our clinic in Kuwait or online.

Frequently asked questions

What ages do you work with?

We support children and teens from early childhood up to 18, along with their families.

Do you provide medication or diagnoses?

No. We focus on guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies. If needed, we can refer you to a psychiatrist or medical professional for medication or formal assessments.

Do we need a specific concern or diagnosis to book?

No. Many families reach out about everyday challenges such as behavior, worries, transitions, or parenting questions. You don't need a diagnosis to book a session.

Do I need to bring my child to every session?

Not always. Some sessions are with parents only, especially when we focus on guidance and strategies to use at home.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available in person at our clinic in Kuwait or online.
